I have been floating at 17 pounds until my first goal but I know why I have been floating there. I have not been eating breakfast or right.
This week is the first week of the Beta round in T25 and I took Monday off to hang with the kids and then yesterday because I ran out of time with getting things ready for my sons kindergarten graduation and graduation party. Room mom is busy during party times. I am thankful to have been room mom and I am looking forward to the end of the year when I have no more responsibilities for his class.
I am super sore from the first day of beta round and today I am looking forward to lifting some weights and getting back on track. I have 4 weeks left to get those pesky 17 pounds off. If I don’t make it to the full 17 pounds I will just keep working until I do. I haven’t gained anything back which is great in its self.
Keep moving and I will too. Do you have goals that you have set? If not, then set them. Goals are very important and they help to motivate you to work harder.
Goal #1 Be at pre kids weight by June 30th
Goal #2 Keep an accountability partner and report to her daily
